The wildflowers of the Texas springtime are especially wonderful in Washington County. One of the challenges when shooting bluebonnets and indian paintbrush is the wind, which in late March and early April is often relentless. With this image I decided that if I couldn't beat the wind I would join it. I got a long shutter speed by using a polarizer and a neutral density filter. Of many images, this one seemed the best of the group.
